Norwich For Jobs Business Breakfast

I’d like to invite you to breakfast, to try to help your business grow.

We’ll set out how Norwich For Jobs and Swarm Apprenticeships can help your business grow by employing a young person.

We have arranged for a few words from employers who are already doing it, and also for you to meet the kind of Norwich young people who are benefiting their workplaces every day.

I founded Norwich For Jobs because I want to help young people and businesses grow together.  It’s a two-way street and businesses being able to do more trade is the most important thing of all.  When your firm is doing good business, you may want to think about the talent you need to sustain it.  You could benefit greatly from taking on a local young person to train up to your own requirements.

Please do take a look at  You too can be part of this exciting local campaign which helps you develop your business and is great for the city!

We set out to halve Norwich’s youth unemployment and I am delighted to report we are getting results.  We have already helped businesses pledge over 550 jobs and apprenticeship places for young people.  Because young people are eager to take those roles, we have helped literally hundreds of youngsters into work with businesses large and small.  Businesses like yours.

It’s easy to get involved through Swarm Apprenticeships too.  Swarm takes away the hassle, provides lots of practical support and uses an enterprise qualification to make sure your apprentice delivers you a measurable return on investment.  Check out

Please do come by to find out more, on 6th December, 8am-9.30am, St Andrew’s House, Norwich.
