Employers’ Panel

The Employers Panel is a group of local organisations who meet bi-monthly to discuss young people & how to help them get into work.  Discussions have been as diverse as best practice for work experience to experiences of young people's preparedness for job interviews to mental health awareness.  At times the participating group is expanded to include talks & discussions from supporting partner organisations or charities such as NHS, The Prince's Trust, MINT and more.

To ensure as wide a participation as possible the Employers Panel meet at different host premise organisations across the city.  Companies including Aviva, International Aviation Academy, Tarmac, Chamber of Commerce & others have kindly hosted meetings.  The good news is that hosting Norwich for Jobs Employers Panel's counts towards our certification scheme.  Provide the project with real, practical support such as CV advice sessions, work experience, hosting events & more and you will be rewarded with one of our Norwich for Jobs certificates to proudly display.
